This expansive 45,000 sq.ft. industrial manufacturing facility was built for Shoonya Tubes (a brand of Seico Hi-Purity Tubes Pvt. Ltd.), a specialist in high-purity stainless steel seamless tubes and precision tubing solutions. Located in Viramgam, Gujarat, the plant supports production of bright annealed, high-precision, hydraulic, instrumentation, and heat exchanger tubes (OD up to 50.8 mm, various wall thicknesses, lengths up to 12m) engineered for ultra-clean, high-performance applications in semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food processing, aerospace, energy, nuclear/power generation, and automotive industries.
The facility features robust structural design optimized for manufacturing processes: clean production zones, precision machinery integration, material handling systems, and dedicated areas for tube drawing, annealing, testing, and storage of finished SS tubes.
